Le jersey : le tissu incontournable pour la lingerie quotidienne

Doux, souple et respirant, le jersey est le tissu de référence pour les culottes et bodies du quotidien. Sa grande extensibilité et son tombé fluide en font un tissu idéal pour les débutantes en couture lingerie. Il existe en coton, viscose ou mélange avec de l'élasthanne pour encore plus de confort.

Le lycra et les tissus extensibles : maintien et forme garantis

Le lycra et les tissus extensibles sont parfaits pour les pièces nécessitant un maintien ferme : culottes gainantes, bandes de soutien-gorge, shorties. Extensibles dans les deux sens, ils épousent parfaitement les courbes et conservent leur forme au lavage.

Le powernet : la structure du soutien-gorge

Indispensable pour la confection des soutiens-gorge, le powernet est un tissu mesh léger et rigide qui offre le maintien nécessaire aux armatures et aux bandes. Il se combine avec du tulle ou du lycra pour les bonnets afin d'allier structure et légèreté.

Le satin : élégance et douceur pour la lingerie de nuit

Pour une nuisette, un déshabillé ou une culotte chic, le satin apporte brillance et fluidité. Fin, lisse et au toucher soyeux, il glisse agréablement sur la peau. Optez pour un satin extensible pour plus de facilité à la coupe et à la confection.

Le velours stretch : chaleur et confort hivernal

Le velours stretch est idéal pour des bodies, culottes ou nuisettes portés en hiver. Sa texture douce et chaude allie confort et élégance. Il s'utilise aussi bien pour des pièces intimes que pour des tenues de soirée.

Quel tissu pour une culotte ?

Pour coudre une culotte, privilégiez un jersey de coton ou un lycra extensible dans les deux sens. Visez un tissu avec au moins 50% d'élasticité pour une bonne aisance. Quel tissu pour un soutien-gorge ?

Le coton est généralement le tissu le plus facile à coudre, particulièrement recommandé pour les débutants grâce à sa stabilité et sa facilité de manipulation.
