These conditions govern exclusively the sales of the site www.idonim-lingerie.fr exclusive property of the IDONIM company for orders placed via the online sales site.
Article 1 - Purpose
The contracts concluded between SASU IDONIM and its customers via the website www.idonim-lingerie.fr are intended to define the conditions under which IDONIM makes its products available to its customers. Unless otherwise specified, the products sold via the site www.idonim-lingerie.fr are sold new.

Article 3 - Order and order validation
The customer declares that he/she has read these terms and conditions of sale before placing the order on the seller's site. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the seller's site constitutes proof of all transactions between the seller's site and its customers. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse your order.
Article 4 - Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders.
Reminder VAT=20% for France and all countries of the European Community.
For orders destined for export outside the European Community the VAT is 0% including DOM TOM. Taxes and customs clearance fees will in this case be charged to the buyer; fees and taxes to be paid in the country of delivery.
For orders to the UK, VAT is 20% - VAT collected by the seller up to €135 excluding VAT. Above 135€ VAT excluded please contact the seller. Taxes and customs clearance fees may apply and will be charged to the buyer; these fees and taxes are payable in the country of delivery.
Article 5 - Time limits
Orders placed via the online sales site will be processed within 48 to 72 working hours of receipt of payment. In the case of payment by cheque, orders will only be processed once the cheque has been cashed.
Article 6 - Availability and cutting
In the event that a product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail of the new delivery date. If you do not accept the new deadline, we will cancel your order under the conditions of article 10 below.
The fabric/article may be delivered in several pieces depending on the length ordered and the rolls available. In this case we will inform you by email. If you do not want the fabric/article to be cut, we will cancel your order.
Article 7 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you have indicated with the carrier chosen during the order process. Idonim is not responsible for any error or return linked to the carrier. The cost of returning the parcel may be invoiced to you in the event of a return following an error on your address, name, ...
Idonim delivers in Europe and in some countries worldwide via the website www.idonim-lingerie.fr.
In the event of pandemics, wars, ... geopolitical situations, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery is subject to the operation of the postal services in each region and country.
Idonim is not responsible for delays in delivery for which it is not responsible.
The delivery costs include the costs of packing and sending the order.
Downloadable patterns are delivered to the customer automatically, immediately after payment for the order has been received. The customer will receive an e-mail containing one or more links to files corresponding to the order. These links are temporary: we therefore strongly advise you to save these files.
Article 8 - Payment
You can pay for your purchases by :
- Credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and other credit cards. Bank withdrawal cards are not accepted. The card is debited when the order is placed.
- Paypal: chantal@idonim-lingerie.fr account
- Bank or postal cheque. The cheque must be made out to IDONIM and the order number mentioned on the back of the cheque. The cheque will be cashed on receipt of the cheque.
- Bank transfer. Only bank transfers that do not incur any costs for the seller are accepted. Please inform your bank that all possible costs related to the transfer will be attributed to you. If this is not the case, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount of the order minus any charges. To be accepted, bank transfers must mention the order number.

Article 9 - Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products at his own expense if they do not suit him. The product must be returned to the seller's address. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the initial delivery costs; it being understood that the return costs are to be borne by the customer. The seller will endeavour to reimburse the customer within a maximum of 30 days.
In the case of an exchange, the return will be at the customer's expense.
Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that is damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
It is however specified that in accordance with article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, personalised products are EXCLUDED from this right of withdrawal.
These products are :
- Cut to size fabrics/items are any items that need to be cut according to the customer's instructions when placing an order online and choosing the quantity.
- Items made to measure or on request.
In exceptional cases, an exchange can be made provided that the request is justified by e-mail or letter.
No withdrawal period is allowed for fabrics/articles cut to order.
After having communicated his decision to retract, when this is admitted in accordance with article 9 above, the customer has 14 days to return or restitute the products.

As downloadable products are available for immediate download, they are considered to have been delivered immediately to the customer and cannot therefore be returned in accordance with article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code. Furthermore, due to their non-physical nature, downloadable patterns cannot be reimbursed, exchanged or cancelled from an order.
Article 10 - Product warranty
The customer is informed that the seller is not a manufacturer of the products presented on its site and that the seller disclaims all responsibility for defective products or a hidden defect in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a product defect. Only the responsibility of the manufacturer of the product can be sought by the customer.
The seller cannot be held responsible for the misuse of the products by the customer, but also for the non-compliance with the regulations in force in the country of reception.
Article 11 - Liability
The photos are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. Furthermore, the use of trademarks, photos or examples presented on the site is strictly forbidden.
Idonim's patterns are protected by copyright (law of 11 March 1957 and law of 3 July 1985, codified in the Intellectual Property Code).
Idonim's patterns are intended for private use only.
Any use for commercial purposes, loan, distribution, exchange is strictly prohibited under penalty of prosecution.

Article 12 - Applicable law
The present general conditions are subject to French law. This applies to both substantive and formal rules. In the event of a dispute or claim, the customer shall first contact the seller to obtain an amicable solution.
Article 13 - Personal information
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
Article 14 - Disputes
Any order placed through the seller's website implies the customer's acceptance, without any restriction, of the seller's general terms of sale. Any dispute relating to the sale shall be subject to French law before the commercial court of the seller's registered office.
