As an Idonim customer, we may at various times ask you for information about yourself and/or members of your family, such as :

- your credit card number, (for transaction and booking purposes);
- your product preferences;
- your questions/comments.
The collection of information from persons under the age of 18 is limited to their name, nationality and date of birth, which can only be provided by an adult. Please ensure that your children do not transmit any personal data to us without your permission (including via the Internet). Should such transmission occur, you may contact us at one of the addresses listed in paragraph 7 to have this information deleted.
We do not voluntarily collect sensitive information, such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious and philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health details or sexual orientation. In addition, depending on applicable local laws, other information may be considered sensitive, such as: your credit card number,..... We may need to collect this information in order to fulfil your requests or provide you with the appropriate service. In this case, depending on the laws of certain countries, your prior consent may be required for the collection of sensitive information.

- Kiwiz is an invoice and credit note certification solution that meets the requirements of the tax authorities under the 2016 Finance Act, also known as the "Anti-VAT Fraud Act". In this respect, Kiwiz stores certified documents (invoices and credit notes) resulting from orders placed on this site, for the legal period in accordance with article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code. c. Local authorities: We may also pass your information to local authorities if required by law or in the course of an investigation and in accordance with local regulations.

Idonim takes appropriate technical and organisational measures, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to protect your personal data against unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss or alteration, or unauthorised disclosure or access. To this end, we have put in place technical measures (such as firewalls) and organisational measures (such as a login/password system, physical safeguards, etc.).
