In accordance with the conditions of sale, the processing of orders is carried out immediately after payment. Delivery costs include packaging and packaging costs.
Deliveries are always made with tracking number whatever the destination of the package. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on sanitary conditions, for example, ... These deadlines do not take into account the processing times for customs formalities.
Incoterms
Deliveries are made according to the incoterms below:
- DDP: for France and countries of the European Union
- DAP: for overseas departments and territories and countries outside the European Union. Orders do not include various taxes, customs clearance fees that may be applied to entering the country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- For the countries of Great Britain (Brexit), deliveries are made under Incoterm DDP for an order amount less than or equal to € 135 and DAP for an amount greater than € 135.
The delivery times indicated below are indicative. We remind you that this duration does not take into account the duration of processing of the order (see conditions of sale).
The delivery costs are established according to a price list which depends on the amount of the order. (Function established from the weight and volumetric weight of your order). The amounts are indicated inclusive of VAT (VAT included) for areas to France and Europe. For the countries of the DOM TOM and countries outside the European Union the prices indicated below are exclusive of tax (excluding VAT and customs fees).

Shipments are made by French post by tracked mail (parcel whose thickness is less than 3cm) or colissimo with or without signature depending on the option selected by the buyer when ordering.
