How do you determine the right bra size?

This phase is very important. I advise you to get help if you can't do it alone.

Take your time, be precise and follow the instructions.

To take your measurements correctly, I advise you to wear a bra that fits you well, with no foam or push-up effect ...

You'll need a tape measure

The size of your bra will be determined from 2 measurements:

  • chest size
  • chest size

measurements

Determine the size of your backstrap

Measure your under-chest or bust measurement (A) Circumference of your bust under your chest. Make sure you hold your tape measure horizontally, with your arms at your sides.

This length in cm will correspond to your band size (European size) which we will convert into French size.

chest size

Example: 80cm is equivalent to a bra size 80 (European grid EU) and 95 (French grid FR) ((FR=EU+15))

A article has also been written on size equivalents. Feel free to consult it.

Determine your cup size

Measure your chest size (B) circumference of your breasts passing through the tips of your breasts. Make sure you keep the tape measure horizontal, passing through the point of your breasts, with your arms at your sides.

The difference between your bust measurement and your underbust measurement will help you determine your cup size.

Refer to the table below to select your cup size.
