In accordance with the terms of sale, orders are processed immediately after payment. The delivery costs include the costs of packaging and packing.
Deliveries are always made with tracking number whatever the destination of the package. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary according to sanitary conditions for example, ... These times do not take into account the time required to process customs formalities.
Incoterms
Deliveries are made according to the following incoterms:
- DDP: to France and European Union countries
- DAP: to DOM TOM and countries outside the European Union. The orders do not include the various taxes and customs clearance fees that may be applied upon entry into the country. These costs are to be paid by the buyer.
- For countries in the United Kingdom (Brexit), deliveries are made under the DDP incoterm for an order amount less than or equal to €135 and DAP for an amount greater than €135.
The delivery times indicated below are given as an indication. We remind you that this time does not take into account the time required to process the order (see conditions of sale).
The delivery costs are established according to a price scale that depends on the amount of the order. (Function established from the weight and volume weight of your order). The amounts are indicated including VAT for France and Europe. For DOM TOM countries and countries outside the European Union, the prices indicated below are exclusive of VAT and customs duties.
Delivery to Metropolitan France
- Home delivery by recorded delivery or Colissimo
Items are sent by the French postal service by lettre verte suivie (parcels less than 3cm thick) or colissimo with or without signature, depending on the option selected by the buyer when placing the order.
Colissimo rates without signature: €4.8 (orders under €12.5); €5.4 (orders between €12 and €20); €6.8 (orders between €20 and €30); €7.2 (orders between €30 and €42); €9.5 (orders between €42 and €50); €12 (orders between €50 and €100); €13 (orders between €100 and €167); €14 (orders between €167 and €333); €15 (orders over €333).
Home delivery
Delivery time: 2 working days or 2 to 3 working days for tracked green letters
