You can choose from 2 patterns from our brand: LUCCIA or LILLY

These patterns fit a wide range of body shapes and are available in different sizes. You can contact me if you have any doubts about the size ranges offered (they are indicated in the pattern descriptions).

We'll help you build your project by selecting the right supplies: with or without foam, for example, ...

Le cours inclus l’étape comment prendre ses mesures, déterminer la taille du soutien gorge, l’essai de prototypes pour valider le modèle et la taille, des modifications du patron pourront être réalisées si besoin. Cependant j’attire l’attention qu’il n’est pas prévu de réaliser un soutien gorge sur mesure; ceci correspond à un autre process mais également plus de temps.

You'll learn all about lingerie sewing techniques, such as assembling cups, fitting elastic bands, underwiring covers, etc.

This workshop is ideal for experienced dressmakers who want to perfect their skills and take on the challenge of a refined, technical project.

Sewing a bra requires precision and concentration. An intermediate to advanced level is required to take part in this course.

The course lasts 2 days, i.e. 14 hours.

Accessibility of premises

Workshops are generally held on our premises. The premises are PRM-compliant, so you can access them easily.

A very large free car park is available in front of our premises

You can access the housing estate :

by car from the Mulhouse motorway (A36) or
by bus: bus routes 8 and C5 stop at Cité de l'Habitat
by tram or train: 15 to 20 minutes' walk from Lutterbach station

How do the workshops work?

Workshops take place over half or a full day or more; in small groups of a maximum of 4 people (minimum of 2 people except in the case of individual personalised courses).

We'll teach you how to choose and differentiate between the different materials and products that will ensure the success of your project.

You will also learn sewing techniques specific to lingerie and swimwear, depending on the nature of the course.

The duration of the course has been specially adapted to ensure that the workshop is a real forum for exchange between all the participants and to give each participant the opportunity to complete a personalised project. The length of the course may therefore vary slightly.

We really hope that everyone will be able to adapt their project so that all the participants can benefit from the richness of the technical discussions in a convivial atmosphere.

In this way, you will acquire real and precise knowledge of both materials and sewing techniques so that you can pursue other projects at home.

Sewing classes and a friendly atmosphere?

As well as technical training, these classes are also a time for sharing and exchanging ideas.

For courses that take place during the day, there is a lunch break to take a breather, chat and enjoy a moment of conviviality. Meals are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. A microwave is available to heat up your meal if you need to.

Depending on the day of the course, 2 Italian restaurants located in the immediate vicinity may offer takeaway meals. Please let us know if they are open.

We have coffee, tea and other beverages available.

Is it possible to set up a private workshop?

You can book a private workshop for one or more people to learn how to make a piece of lingerie of your choice.

You can celebrate a special event or simply have a great time with friends.

You choose the theme and the date that suits you, during the week or at the weekend.

Can I cancel my course?

You can cancel your course up to 3 weeks before the course, subject to the 14-day cancellation period.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the workshop, you will be offered another date on the same theme or the course will be refunded in full.

Once the withdrawal period has passed, no refunds or postponements will be possible, and payment will be retained. You will receive the pattern and a kit for the workshop at
at the address of your choice. However, you will be able to offer or resell your place to a person of your choice.

All lessons, even if only partially completed, must be paid for in full.

What will I be able to do after this bra workshop?

You will be able to:

Make your own piece of lingerie
Identifying stretchable and non-stretchable parts
Choosing the right supplies
Sewing stretch fabrics and lace
Sew the elastics
Sandwich seams, also known as sheath seams
Fitting an underwired bra cover (if underwired)
Produce and follow the assembly sequence for a bra

What equipment is provided?

All materials are included in the course. The choice depends on your project:

the pattern in paper version
fabrics, lace
elastic bands
accessories: rings, adjusters, staples, etc.

The equipment needed for the sewing course is also available: scissors, cutters, rulers, etc. as well as an ELNA sewing machine and a BERNINA overlock machine.

I advise you to come with your sewing machine if possible. You'll be familiar with it, so you won't be disturbed by another machine and you'll leave with the settings for your sewing machine.

If you are not coming with your machine, please let me know so that I can prepare the seats before you arrive.

I suggest you make an underwired bra.
The Lilly pattern is an underwired bra specially designed for generous breasts. The model's interlocking cups, cut and finish offer an optimal fit while enhancing the silhouette. The model combines support, comfort and elegance.
There are 3 models to choose from:
- A: all in stretch lace, lace back lined with powernet.
- B: stretch or non-stretch lace cups and powernet back straps.
- C: fabric or lace cups without scale and powernet back bands
To ensure the necessary support, the design incorporates :
- marquisette-lined stockings and basque, - powernet medium back straps.
- a 15mm wide elastic band under the chest.
The cup is made of 3 pieces. The upper part of the top cup is made of lace for more femininity.
The pattern comes with a few additional tips and tricks to make it evolve: changing the back, height of the back fastener, etc. You'll find all this information in the technical instructions, which are only available as a downloadable version. When you purchase the pattern in the form of a pouch, the instructions can be downloaded directly to your account.
