The contracts concluded between SASU IDONIM and its customers via the site www.idonim-lingerie.fr aim to define the conditions under which IDONIM makes its products available to its customers. Unless otherwise indicated, products sold via the site www.idonim-lingerie.fr are sold new.

Article 3 – Order and order validation
The customer declares to have read these conditions of sale before placing the order on the seller’s site. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the seller’s site constitutes proof of all transactions made by the seller’s site and its customers. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse your order.
Article 4 – Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order entry.
Reminder VAT = 20% for France and all the countries of the European community.
For orders for export outside the European community, VAT is 0% including DOM TOM. In this case, taxes and customs clearance costs will be borne by the buyer; fees and taxes payable in the country of delivery.
For orders to the United Kingdom the VAT is 20% – VAT collected by the seller up to € 135 excluding VAT for the order. Beyond 135 € HT, please contact the seller. Taxes and customs clearance costs may be applied and will in this case be the responsibility of the buyer; fees and taxes payable in the country of delivery.
Article 5 – Deadlines
Orders placed via the online sales site will be processed within 48 to 72 working hours upon receipt of payment. In the event of payment by check, orders will only be processed after receipt of the check.
Article 6 – Availability and cutting
In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail as well as the date of the new deadline. If you do not agree to the new deadline and, on simple request by email, we will cancel your order under the conditions of article 10 below.
The fabric / item may be delivered in multiple pieces depending on the length ordered and the rolls available. In this case we will inform you by email. If you want the fabric / item not to be cut we will cancel your order.
Article 7 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated with the carrier chosen during the ordering process. Idonim disclaims all liability in the event of an error or return related to the carrier. Parcel return costs that may be billed to you in the event of a return following an error in your address, name, etc.

Given the current situation related to COVID-19, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery subject to the functioning of the postal services of each region and country.
The delivery costs include the costs of packing and sending the order.
Downloadable patterns are delivered to the customer automatically, instantly after receipt of payment for the order. The customer will receive an email containing one or more links to files corresponding to the order. These links are temporary: it is therefore strongly recommended to save these files.
Article 8 – Payment
The payment of your purchases is made by:
- Bank card. Cards accepted are visa, mastercard, other credit cards. Bank withdrawal cards are not accepted. The card is debited when the order is taken.

- Bank or postal check. The check must be made payable to IDONIM and the order number mentioned on the back of the check. The check is cashed upon receipt of the check.
- Bank transfer. Only bank transfers are accepted which do not incur any costs for the seller. Please indicate to your bank that all possible costs related to the transfer will be attributed to you. Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and reimburse you for the amount of the order less all costs charged to it. To be accepted, bank transfers must mention the order number.

Article 9 – Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his own expense if the products do not suit him. not. The product must be returned to the seller’s address. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of the initial shipping costs; it being understood that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The seller will endeavor to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 30 days.
In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at the customer’s expense.
Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that will be damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
It is however specified that in accordance with article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, personalized products are EXCLUDED from this right of withdrawal.
These products are:
- Fabrics / cut-to-order items designating any item that needs to be cut according to the indications given by the customer when placing his order online when choosing the quantity.
- Articles made to measure or on demand.
Exceptionally, an exchange may be carried out on condition that the request is justified by e-mail or letter.
No withdrawal period is allowed for fabrics / cut-to-order items.
After having communicated his decision to withdraw, when this is accepted in accordance with article 9 above, the customer has 14 days to return or return the products.

For downloadable products, as these are for immediate download, it is considered that they are delivered immediately to the customer and therefore impossible to return in accordance with article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code. In addition, by their non-physical nature, downloadable patterns are not refunded, exchanged or canceled from an order.
Article 10 – Product warranty
The customer is informed that the seller is not a manufacturer of the products presented on his site and that the seller disclaims all liability for defective products or a hidden defect in the event of damage caused to a person or to property by product defect. Only the responsibility of the manufacturer of the product can be sought by the customer.

Article 14 – Disputes
Any order placed through the seller’s site entails the customer’s acceptance, without any restriction, of the seller’s general conditions of sale. Any dispute relating to the sale will be subject to French law before the commercial court of the seller’s head office.
